Paul, We will send you a tech sheet to test the ice level sensor in your freezer door by the ice bucket. If there is no red light on the receiver board the optics are faulty. If these boards think the ice bin is full it will not cycle the icemaker. Also, some other test points for voltage are connector P3 pin 3 and connector P1 pin 2 for 120 vac if the ice bin is not full. Those tests are made from the main control. On the user interface board, you can test for 14 VDC on connector J5 pins 1 and 3. No voltage here and the user interface needs replaced.
