Robert for Model Number MSB26C6MDM00 Tested ice maker with a jumper and it ran through a cycle. I heard the water valve open but didn't see any water come out (though in previous testing it did after the freezer was open a bit). I undid the water lines by the toe kick and put a bowl under then connected L/V on the ice maker while in diagnostic mode and saw water come out the line. Slower than it the water dispenser line, but it was a steady flow of water. What would cause it to not make it up the door to the ice maker?
Answer Robert, If the water did not fill the icemaker then it sounds like you have a frozen fill tube in the door. You will need to get the tube thawed out and adjust your freezer temperature as it may be getting too cold. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, August 24, 2022
