George, As you probably know, these "TORX" head screws WP3368921 are subjected to high heat,spillage, moisture, etc. They can be very difficult to remove and replace after a few years of usage. It's best to have a few on hand. In cases like yours, it's best to carefully drill out the screw head, then remove the burner base, drip pan, etc. Then carefully extract the screw using a pair of pliers or small vice grips.
