Answer Hello Eric. No, you can remove the impeller WP99002069 from inside the dishwasher. You will need to remove the lower spray arm, filter, pump filter, Rinse arm assembly, Discharge housing nut, Wahs arm support, and the discharge housing assembly to access and remove the screw and impeller.
