Valerie for Model Number WMH2175XVT-1 My microwave door is not latching to the cabinet of the microwave. I'm assuming it's the support, interlock but how can I be sure?
Answer Hello Valerie. Remove the outer cover of the microwave and see if the interlock WP8206419 is broke. You can also open and close the door and watch the interlocks work in the unit.
