Hello Brook, the door interlock switches W10727360 primary,, and W10211974 secondary,, need to be replaced. The microwave would need to be unplugged, uninstalled, the outer case removed, the interlock switches are on a bracket near the front inside of the frame.

Geo, There will be one door switch that will read open when the others are closed. If you push this switch and see if it closes and if it does then it is good. Do the same with the other switches and make sure that they open when the button is pushed. If this checks ok then check the magnetron for cracks in the magnet and check to make sure that the diode and capacitor are good.

Hi Kathy. Remove the outer cover of the microwave and see if the interlock WP8206419 is broke. You can also open and close the door and watch the interlocks work in the unit. If so, you will need to replace the interlock on the unit. If not then you need to see which of the door latch micro switch button itself is being actuated physically correctly on and off as the door opens and closes. Thank You.
