Dan for Model Number GHW9200LW Whirlpool Duet Washer with Gray control knob: Your part reference page indicates to select item # 23 from the control panel page and there are two choices. A gray knob and a blue knob. The part number for the gray knob is AP3128772. When I enter the washer model number into the panel to check for applicability I am provided with a display that says the part is not compatible. I have a dilemma: Is this the right part or not?
