Sharon for Model Number GHW9150PW1 Im renting and have acquired a Whirlpool Duet washer that is missing the control knob. The washer was set on normal and worked great, but after my water heater broke and flooded my utility room, I jerryrigged the washer setting to the drain and spin cycle for my soaked towels. Now I can’t get back to normal. My system of using a hex wrench doesn’t change the settings and is stuck. It seems like the control shaft is stuck. How can I fix this?
