Edward for Model Number KUDV24SEBL5 I replaced the control panel and handle because they were broken. When I replaced them and turned the power back on the open door display came on and would not go off. I replaced the door latch with microswitch and it still displays open door. I am not sure what else to do. It was working fine before the handle broke.
Answer Edward, You will want to make sure that the ribbon harness from the control panel to the control board has a good firm seating.
