William H for Model Number KERS807SSS00 Oven light stays on all the time. Oven will not heat. Schematic shows a door switch. Clean cycle says "Close oven door" Manually moving the lock will turn light off and oven elements will come on. Is the door switch part of the latch assy? I would like to be sure before ordering an Appliance Manager. Any help would be appreciated. William Hyler
Answer William, You will want to make sure that the door is closing all the way. If the door is closing all the way then the issue will most likely be with the lock and motor switch assembly WP9760889 especially if it will correct the issue if you manually move the latch.
