David H for Model Number WF431ABPXAA04 The front loading door will not latch, after inspection it appears the receiver for the latch is broken (the female part and it is plastic). Do you have a part to replace it? If so, is there a reference I can look at to know how to replace it? Thanks. D
Answer David, The part that you would need is the door latch assembly part number DC64-00519B. To replace the switch, the easiest way is to remove the spring round the door opening and release the door boot. Push the boot inward and remove the screws for the switch.
