Hunter for Model Number Whirpool duet WFW8300S The washer quit with 1 minute left on timer. Unpluged and pluged back in, put on spin drain, it powers up, door locks but the washer never starts, hit cancel button the add a garment comes on but the door will not unlock. Have a F01 code and a F24 code when I run service history & diagnostic test. When I run the "starting diagnostic test and bypassing the service history mode" all it does is flash the "drain spin" light, again door locks and will not unlock. What part would you suggest.
Answer Hello Hunter. Based on the code you provided, it sounds like the CCU is bad and will need to be replaced. We will need your full model number to find the correct part number for you.
