Rob for Model Number GHW9150PW0 Been having a door locking problem were I will start a load of wash and the door will not lock. Now the door will not open and still will not start. How do I get the door open? I saw in a previous question about a tab but I cannot locate it. Thanks
Answer Hi Rob. Remove lower panel. Reach behind the front panel and the latch has a white "nickel" size tab hanging from the bottom of the latch. Pull this down to unlock and open door. Latch part # WP8182634. Do not be surprised as you still need a main control board part # WP8182695 if the latch doesn't work altogether. Sometimes a bad latch will open the board also. Thank You.
