Hello Gerard. These are not hard to install. You will open the door and remove the spring from around the door boot. Once removed, you will pull back the boot and access the lock assembly WP8182634. You will need to remove the screws securing the lock assembly and unplug the wires going to it. Reinstall with the new assembly in reverse order. Hope this helps.
