Hi Joe. If the door latch is acting this way then you need to replace with the new latch part # WP8182634. However if the door lever (strike) is not floating between the 2- mount screws, then the door will not latch also. Door lever part # WP34001260. The most common repair is to replace these parts and make sure your unit is level front to back and side to side. Lock the nuts on the legs up against the base tight to keep level. Keep the floor clean so the foot pads can grip the floor and not walk around. Thank You.
