Hi Dennis. Remove power. Use a small screwdriver to release the lower spring on the steel band under the outer boot lip. Open the door. Roll the outer boot lip up at the 6:00 position to reveal the spring. Unroll the spring and the band assy. Use a torx-20 screwdriver to remove the outer door latch screws. Roll the tub boot into the inner basket halfway. This will give you side access to replace the door latch part # WP8182634 from here. Make sure the electrical connectors are tight. Thank You.
