Hello Ghassan. There is no need to remove the front panel. You will open the door and remove the spring clamp around the door boot. Then remove the side of the boot from the panel and access the lock assembly. Remove the screws and pull the assembly toward the hole and unplug the wires going to it. Install the new lock assembly [AP3837611 in reverse order.
