Rosie for Model Number LAT9706AAM The washers fills with water fine and starts to run, then stops, the motor begins to smoke and then it shuts off. Do I need a new Motor?
Answer Hello Rosie. Check and make sure the tub bearing and transmission is not locked up. Also the brake assembly is good.
