Karen, I normally remove the access panel and remove the hose from the outer tub that leads to the drain pump. If you use an inspection mirror, you can open the door and turn the tub around by hand to locate the screw on the baffle. Be careful not to drop it inside the outer tub to avoid a complete teardown. While you can sometimes get lucky and access the baffle screw through the water inlet opening at the top of the outer tub, this is not the best way since dropping the screw leaves no option but the teardown method. The other option is to pull the tub assembly from the units' cabinet and split the outer tub
