Chris for Model Number GHW9200LQ0 I purchase the replacement baffle kit 285976 and the baffles don't fit. The tabs are too large and it does not fit the cutout in the drum. My drum also does not have the screw hole nor did my baffles have the screw hole and it did not have any screws installed. Sears replaced my drum under warranty quite a few years ago. They must have used some 3rd party replacement drum? Anyway, my existing baffles are now all broke and off the machine and I need to get 3 new ones. The new replacement baffles are the same exact size other than the tabs on mine are slightly smaller, say 3/8' versus the new ones are 1/2". The model on the inside of my existing baffles is 4619 7022014 1. Can you please help?
Answer Chris, The part number for the baffles on your unit will be 285976. If the manufacturer used a different drum than for the unit that does not go with the unit then we would not have information on the baffle that would work for your unit. Read More...
