Answer

Don, The model number you supplied is incorrect or incomplete. But, to replace the baffle(s) on a "Duet" washer, you need to remove power to the washer and remove the top panel. Then carefully remove the spray hose from the top center of the outer tub. Position the basket with the baffle to be removed on top. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, pry up on the two basket locking tabs so they are above the baffle stops. (you do this through the opening of the tub where you removed the spray hose). You may also find a phillips head screw holding the baffle to the inner tub basket that will need to be removed. Reach inside the basket, and slide the baffle toward the opening until the tabs are aligned with the large basket slots, then lower the baffle, and remove it from the basket. NOTE: When you reinstall the baffle, make sure that you press the two basket locking tabs down below the baffle stops. Reverse the procedure and check the washer for operation.
