Amy for Model Number WTW7340XW2 No power on. Buttons have been unresponsive at times. Now there is nothing. No lights or beeps or anything. How do I know which control thing to purchase? There is the control panel and the control board. Is this something I can do myself relatively easily?
Answer Hello Amy. It sounds like the console WPW10211352 is bad. If there is power to the board, and none of the buttons are working, you will need to replace the console. These are not hard to replace. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
