Answer

Hello Bob. If the unit is not heating, you will test for power to the element during bake. If 240 is not there, and there is 240 to the oven, replace the board. If there is 240 volts at the element, and no heat, replace the element. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
