John for Model Number RBS275PDQ12 The front control panel on the oven seems to be working correctly. The oven elements do not heat. Bake, broil, or even in cleaning mode. Are there any other options besides the control microcomputer. I have researched this and cannot find one that looks like the one in this oven. SERIAL # XL 2706092
Answer John, On the back of the range there is a thermal cutoff WP9759243 which you will want to check to see if there is continuity to it. If no continuity then the thermal is faulty and would need to be replaced. If the thermal checks ok then the control board would be the issue. The part number for the control board is 8186024 but unfortunately has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement. Read More...
