Melinda for Model Number Whirlpool Oven Model #RBS245PDQ12 My oven will not bake. The broil element works fine but the bake element will not heat at all. I have replaced the baking heat element. The issue started after the power company did some work replacing poles in our area. They turned the power on and off for several days in a row. The oven is approximately 13 years old.
