Jim C. for Model Number RBS245PDQ12 My oven won't heat up. I replaced the bake element but it still wouldn't heat up. The broil element works and the bake element starts to heat if I turn it to 400 or higher. The thermal fuse tests ok and the temp sensor reads approximately 1080 ohms. I also have power coming in. I've unplugged and reconnected the control panel with no change. I assume it's probably the control board, what do you think?
