Justin for Model Number RS696PXGQ8 I have this oven in a rental home. Top elements of stove work fine. Tennant says the oven temperature is not regulated and that all food is burned. Oven also shuts down when top and oven are used simultaneously. I was able to set the oven for preheat with the top elements on and the oven did shut off. No error codes however. Is this a thermostat or resistor problem or is it the controler board?
