Have you checked and made sure the new keypad ribbon is inserted into the new control connector properly, and that there is no "slag" coverring the metal tips of the ribbon, and the metal tips do contact the metal pins inside the connector tightly. Also check and make sure there are no creases in the new ribbon connector, and all the tracers are a solid"stripe" all the way. Good Luck and Thanks
