Todd for Model Number RS696PXGQ4 The oven control board temp won't go above 250 deg and defaults to 175 deg to preheat when the bake button is pushed after a power failure. How do I test the control board (4453193) with a multi meter? Want to make sure that's the problem before I order a new control board. thanks, Todd
Answer Todd, Sounds like the control board has reset to the "Celsius" temperature mode, after the power failure : The default is Fahrenheit (° F). 1. Press the BROIL pad for 5 seconds. The temperature will be displayed in degrees Celsius indicated by the "C"” in the temperature display. 2.
