Bob P. for Model Number khms155lss-3 I replaced the keyboard as you originally suggested and still have the problem with the lights not going on high. Any other suggestions? And what does error message hm575 mean? Thanks again, Bob
Answer Hello Bob. It sounds like the humidity sensor 8206446 may be bad. The reading your getting is the sensor reading. 1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 2. Remove the 3-pin connector from PCBA (P2). NOTE: Do not remove the attached resistor which is used for internal resistance calibration. 3. Measure resistance across pins 1 & 3, and across pins 2 & 3 (ohmmeter scale: Rx1k): Normal: 2.8k ohms (approximate) at 77ºF +/- 18ºF (25ºC +/- 10ºC) Abnormal: Infinite. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
