Bryan for Model Number I have a kichen aid cook top w/ a whirlpool ignition module 8054321 I have eratic spark at my burners. I pulled off the top to witness what was happening. I sometimes see a spark jumping across the terminals at the module and sometimes see a jump of a spark from the ignition terminal to the rail that holds the burners. I also witness a flash ( or a spark within the spark module as everything is sparking. There is a little black spot on the back side of the module. I think I should replace my module and maybe insulate , with elec. tape a all connections. Thoughts?
