Joe S. for Model Number ARG7301ww One of my burners had no spark and the others occassional spark. I bought a new burner, it did not work. So I removed the top and tested all of the burners and they work sometimes and at other times, no spark. Is there a way to test the module or can it be the spark switch?
Answer Hi Joe. The spark electrodes age and crack their porcelain allowing voltage to ground. Their part # is WPY0316773. Make sure the burner caps underneath are clean so the spark path to the cap is insured. Use either a small brass wire brush , or sandpaper to 'clean' . The spark module 4-0 part # is 32020101.
