Answer Russ, it would be recommended that the freezer door is opened and the door switch is taped closed. Once this is done, the left side light module W11683241 would need to be removed and the wire connector disconnected. From there, an insulated jumper wire with 1/4" of each end bare can be used to jump the wire connector at the wall. Once the jumper is in place, remove the tape from the door switch to identify if the other lights start illuminating properly. If they do, the left light module has shorted and would need to be replaced. The door switch would need to be taped shut before removing the jumper to install the module. Read More...
