Kaden for Model Number ip43003 My washer agitates and drains fine, when the agitation finishes, it goes into the neutral drain. When it goes in, it lasts about 5 seconds then i hear a loud clunk and it starts spinning. Its full of water when it does this so i know its bad on the motor. What needs to be fixed??
Answer Kaden, you're probably on target, thinking it's the neutral drain kit 388253A. as you're removing the components you'll also want to check the drive basket tube assembly for damaged lever and the clutch for excess wear . then remove the gearcase and tear it down and replace the neutral drive kit.
