Andrea for Model Number ED5PVEXWS02 I have a whirlpool black side by side. I bought it used. It works great but the hose at the top right hand side of the refrigerator on the back where the hose goes into the refrigerator as come off and flooded my kitchen. There isn't any kind of compression fitting or any thing on the hose to keep it on. Is there suppose to be and what is the part #. Thank you
Answer Andrea, No, there is no longer a "hose clamp" available for the ice maker fill tube / grommet connection on the back of the refrigerator. But, you have a problem with the ice maker fill tube freezing, and causing the tube to "blow out" of the connector. This is usually due to low water pressure and / or a "seeping" fill valve solenoid.
