Luis I do not know the model number in my Kitchenaid Superba micowave/oven. The exterior glass is broken and the spring or torsion bar is broken too. This is the microwave door. Do I have to remove the door to replace the parts. The numbers that I founded in the microwave frame were: 8538 794 5400 1 S/N: XNR4532191 UL File # E150072SP Part # 4450786A Kitchenaid Superba Which one is the Model number. Please give me a hint how to fix. Thank you.
Answer Luis, check and get the model number off the oven portion of the unit. The numbers you supplied aren't a proper model number. If this is the unit we think it is, you may need to partially remove the microwave, as well as the outer door and torsion bars. Thanks Read More...
