Tom, There are two methods of servicing the top spray arm assembly. You can carefully pry out on the snap retainer in the center of the wash arm. Or you can reach around the spray arm with your fingers and unscrew the outlet from the water feed tube in the top(clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to loosen) and remove the complete assembly.
