Robert P Cincinnati , OH December 09, 2016 Upper spray kept falling off when using dishwasher I was unable to remove the screwed snap outlet, therefore only replaced the upper spray arm and the wash arm retaining clip. Merlin L Sweet Valley , PA November 14, 2016 Dishwasher was making a "thump" as it ran through the cycles The top sprayer arm was worn after 20 plus years of use. I replaced the "Washer Arm Retaining Clip/Outlet, Snap/ Upper Wash Arm". I first viewed a YouTube video to show me some troubleshooting tips. Narrow the "thump" to the upper wash arm. A simple fix. Unscrew the old arm. Assemble the three parts together. Screw the new assembly in place. No tools required. Everything came out by hand, back in by hand. Very easy to do it took longer to get retaining clip off then then to repair the whole thing.
