Clete for Model Number Amana TM18V2W-1318002WW My overload switch seems to be totally unavailable everywhere. Mine has 2 prongs and everything I fine has only 1 prong. Can a 1 prong overload still be used? My start relay is bad. Do i have to change the overload with it too? Is there a universal Overload switch?
Answer Clete, The part number that would be needed for the overload is WP4344040 which has been discontinued. You would simply just splice the 2 black wires together to attach onto the single terminal. It is recommended to replace the overload when replacing the relay. Read More...
