Tony for Model Number KTRC19KKWH02 Kitchenaid refrigerator was running almost continuously last summer. It ran for about 30-45 seconds then shut off, started running again about 20 seconds later and the cycle repeated. This is a summer home so that was how we left it. Then Sandy hit and when we next visited the refrigerator lights were on but it was not running at all even though thermostat was on. Put thermostat to off for a while then raised it but still nothing. What part do you think failed? Also, is there a timer control with this model refrigerator? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Answer Hello Tony. Based on the information you provided, you need to test the control board and the power to the control to make sure they are good. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
