Harry for Model Number TT14DKXSQ01 The freezer section (only) on this unit will not freeze; the temperature initially drops to below freezing when the unit is powered up, the freezer temp. rises to about 20 degrees (F).and stays ( about) there. To me (!) it sounds like a thermostat...?
Answer Harry, It would be recommended to check the evaporator coils on the refrigerator and see if there is a full even frost pattern. If there is very little frost then this would most likely be caused by a faulty sealed system and will need service to come out. Read More...
