Hi Patty. You will need to get a "torx" type of screwdriver (or bit). Check the size as they have changed from t-15 to t-20 size. Once you have determined this size, then you will need a "security " torx type of bit that is the exact size and has a hole in the end of the shaft so you can get the one screw loose that is a security type. It will be on the back panel upper corner area so no one access the control board or door switches that have 120 vac "live". You remove the power. Remove the inner panel. Remove the door switch body and observe where the 2 - side tabs were located on purpose on the inside of the back o0f the control panel. If these are broken, then 99.8% of the time the rear feet are not touching the floor. You need to follow the installatio0n guide and now take a moment and level the unit front to back and side to side. OR- the latch will continue to break , and the console. Not to mention the warped tub striker as the tub body will flex as the dishes are full and you are in the middle of a heated cycle. It will flex and the door will twist. Then dismount the control board outer mount screws and then lay aside. All screws are 1/4" screws once inside. Use a nut driver . The control panel is part # W10810104. Thank You.
