R. for Model Number W10208732 A The Heat Dry button on my Jennair dishwasher is stuck on. Pressing Cancel or resume doesn't fix it nor does unpluging the power. I can't get any other buttons to function.
Answer R. The heated dry button/keypad has failed and is producing a constant "closed" circuit, you'll need to replace the control panel/keypad assembly.
