Paul N. for Model Number Jenn Air Dishwasher jdb1100awb The only button that works on the control panel is the sanitize wash. Pressing start runs through a sanitize wash cycle. None of the other buttons will work. Also I cannot run any of the diagnostics because these other buttons will not work. I am assuming based on other questions and answers here that the problem is probably the control panel. My real question is what would indicate that the control board is at fault? In addition, why so many failures with the control panel? Does the moisture somehow get in and corrode the switches? Thanks a lot.... good site and I like doing business with you guys.
Answer Hello Paul. Yes, based on the information, it is the control panel 6-919765. If it were the board, the unit would not run or light up at all. You need to replace the control panel.
