Leslie for Model Number JDB1100AWS The start button will no longer work on the dishwasher. The delay button is the only button that responds on the panel. The normal wash along with a few others are always lit, but others like Heavy Wash, Santize cannot be selected. Dishwasher will not start because start button is unresponsive. How can we tell if it's the control board or control panel that's a problem?
Answer Hello Leslie. If the button are not working and some of them are, then the problem is the control panel 6-919765 and not the control board. If none of the lights or buttons work, and there is power to the control board, but nothing to the panel, then that would be the control board.
