Jake for Model Number MDB6701AWW2 I lost the memory on one cycle that I used a lot, now I have to use a longer cycle, the model # is 6701AWW2 I am sure I can fix this myself, any suggestions
Answer Jake, The most likely cause for the one cycle not to come up is the control panel of the unit being faulty. To replace you would need to turn off the power and remove the screws from the inner door liner.
