Greg for Model Number MDB6601AWW I installed my Panel-Con. The lights don't light and I can't change it from on command i.e. light wash to heavy wash, even though it is now making noise like it's working. When installing I put it in exactly like I took the old one out.
Answer Hello Greg. You will need to remove the ribbon cable from the control board and reseat it. Then lock the connector down so it does not come out of the board.
