Answer Hello Gordon. Test and make sure the door latch assembly WPW10130695 is good and the micro-switches are working properly. If so, it sounds like you will need to replace the control panel 6-919822. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
