Answer John, Start with the control panel 6-919825. The control panel is more susceptible to errors due to usage and environment. The LED's and display are embedded in the panel as well as the key pad circuits. There should be a tech data sheet attached to the back of the lower kick plate on the dishwasher. If you access the data information, you can circuit test each of the key pad circuits using a multi meter and verify the damaged circuits if you wish. Read More...
