Hello Randy, If not all of the buttons work, you need to check the unit for bad electrical connections. The ribbon cable from the touch pad is where I would start. Using a pencil eraser, wipe the traces in the same direction they run to prevent damaging the ribbon cable. If this doesn't correct the issue, the touch pad or the electronic control is at fault. I would change the touch pad first.
